Remitly is a fast, trusted international money transfer service available in over 170 countries. If you have placed an order on OnlineMeds and selected Bank Transfer as your payment method, this guide walks you through how to complete your payment — supporting both UPI (instant to minutes) and bank account deposit.

Before You Start

After placing your order, OnlineMeds sends you an order confirmation email containing your Order ID. You must use this as the payment reference so our team can match your transfer to your order.

Remitly supports UPI transfers to India. UPI delivers money directly to the recipient’s bank account via their UPI ID — no account number or IFSC needed on your end. Transfers often arrive within minutes.

Step 1: Create or Log In to Your Remitly Account

Go to remitly.com or download the Remitly app (iOS / Android). Sign up with your email or log in. Remitly will ask for identity verification the first time — this takes 1–5 minutes with a government-issued ID.

Step 2: Start a Transfer to India

Click Send money, select your country as the source and India as the destination. Enter the exact amount from your OnlineMeds order. Remitly shows the exchange rate and fees clearly before you confirm.

Step 3: Choose UPI as the Delivery Method

When Remitly asks how to deliver the money, select UPI. Add a new recipient using the details below:

UPI ID9560209793@hdfc
Recipient NameINDOGENMED
Payment Reference / NoteYour Order ID

Step 4: Review, Confirm and Pay

Remitly shows a full summary — amount, fees, rate, and estimated delivery. For UPI, Express delivery typically arrives within minutes. Confirm and pay via your debit card, credit card, or bank account. Once we receive the funds, your order moves to Processing.

Option B: Pay to Our Bank Account (Bank Deposit)

If UPI is not available in your country on Remitly, use bank deposit. Use the bank account details shown on your order confirmation page — no SWIFT code is required for Remitly India deposits. Always include your Order ID in the reference field.

Remitly offers two speeds: Express (minutes to hours) and Economy (1–5 business days, lower fee). We recommend Express for time-sensitive orders.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is Remitly safe to use?

Yes. Remitly is licensed as a money transmitter in every US state and regulated in the UK, EU, and other countries it operates in. It has processed billions of dollars in transfers.

Do I need to contact OnlineMeds after I pay?

No — include your Order ID in the reference field and our team matches it automatically. For UPI, this is usually within minutes. For bank deposit, allow up to 2 business days. If your order has not updated after that, email us at info@onlinemeds.org with your Order ID and the Remitly transfer confirmation.

What if UPI is not available in my country on Remitly?

Use Option B (bank deposit) above. Alternatively, Wise also supports UPI transfers to India from many countries.
