How long does international shipping take?
Express orders to most countries arrive in 7–10 working days. Standard tracked shipping is 12–18 working days. You'll get a tracking link by email within 24 hours of dispatch.
Do I need a prescription to order?
For most prescription medicines, yes. You can upload your prescription at checkout, or send it to us through this form — a registered pharmacist will verify it before processing.
Can I get a refund if customs holds my parcel?
Yes — our shipping guarantee covers customs holds in most destinations. If your parcel is held or returned, we'll either reship at no charge or refund in full. Contact us with your order number.
How do I know the medicines are genuine?
All medicines are sourced directly from regulated manufacturers and inspected by a licensed pharmacist before dispatch. Each parcel includes manufacturer batch information and an authenticity check QR.
