Twice daily (immediate release) at consistent 12-hour intervals; once daily (extended release) at the same time each day

How to Take

Take on an empty stomach or at least 1 hour before or 2–3 hours after a meal for consistent absorption. Do not mix formulations.

With Food

Avoid high-fat meals — significantly alter absorption. Avoid grapefruit juice — inhibits CYP3A4, raising tacrolimus levels.
